All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7 days during busier periods such as Christmas and Black Friday.
Our shipping rates are:
- Under $40 – Flat rate of $9.95 within Australia
- $40 or more – Free shipping within Australia
- We currently do not ship overseas
Delivery times
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via Australia Post and your order will arrive within 10 business days. If you have not received your order after this time, please email [email protected]
Returns & Refunds
We assess each return and refund enquiry on a case by case basis. We are confident that you will love our products, but if you receive a product you do not love, please let us know. You will be responsible for return postage and postage of the new product. Please email [email protected] for more information.
